Trevor Lawrence announced he's officially an adidas athlete with a Twitter post he made Wednesday. The three stripes shared its own message, welcoming the Clemson Tigers star quarterback who's awaiting his NFL placement. Lawrence is expected to be selected as the first overall draft pick by the Jacksonville Jaguars on Thursday.
This follows the news that Jerry Lorenzo became adidas' head of basketball while Beyonce continues her Ivy Park reign. Last week, Olympian Simone Bilas made a splash when she left Nike for Athleta.
